What is the Form Library? What is the Form Library?

The Form Library is a collection of all the available forms that can be utilized on a landing page.
Each form comes with a coinciding Thank You page and Thank You Email.
The new forms are based on Segment.
To navigate the Library, select the segment on the below navigation bar to directly view the corresponding Form, Thank You page and Thank You Email.

Go to Marketing Intake Request Portal
Locate and click the Campaign & LP Request link to open the request form.
Complete the form.
If you select 'Yes' to Landing pages required?, you will see field asking you to select Form Name from a drop-down list.
Using this Library as a reference, select the corresponding Form Name you want to use on your Landing Page.

Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL)

A prospect or client that has shown interest in our products and services and has met the qualification criteria to be sent to Sales and is delivered as a lead record in Salesforce.
A contact record is also created in Eloqua and the CDP.
MQLs are created by web form submissions, inbound phone calls, lead/account scoring conversion and 3^rd party lead generation & qualification programs.

Marketing Generated Leads (MGL)

A prospect or client that has shown interest in our products and services but has not met the qualification criteria to be sent to Sales and is not delivered to Salesforce.
A contact record is created in Eloqua and the CDP.
MGLs are typically enrolled in nurturing campaigns to drive further engagement and ultimately qualify as MQLs.
MGLs are created by web form submissions and 3rd party lead generation programs.

What is a Blind Field? What is a Blind Field?

A blind field lets web developers include data that cannot be seen or modified by users when a form is submitted. The following fields are included in the standardized forms, but are not listed as fields that the user inputs. Instead, they are created by MOPs based on information submitted in the Campaign Name (ID) and TFN (Step 1) Request Form. This data is passed to Eloqua and Salesforce when the user submits a form. Hidden Fields are critical values for reporting, automation and lead routing.

A note about the Industry field: Not all forms will need/have an Industry field. On most forms, based on the segment specific form, the Industry will automatically be passed to Eloqua and Salesforce through a blind field. For example, the “State and Local Government MQL” form will automatically pass the ‘Government – State and Local’ industry to Salesforce. This is to limit the redundancy of asking for an industry on an industry specific landing page, thus decreasing form fields.
