The Trunk Overflow feature (where available) automatically reroutes all inbound calls to another phone number when all call paths in the trunk group are in use. This feature provides additional inbound calling capacity during peak calling periods when trunk capacity has been exceeded. Once call capacity within the trunk group becomes available, the feature automatically restores the standard routing of inbound calls through SIP Trunk service.
