How do I cancel or change my service?


If you wish to cancel your service, please call 888-812-2591, then select option 2. Please note, only the designated account owner can cancel service.

There may be other options for your business besides cancelling your service, such as transferring ownership, moving service location or upgrading your existing services.

Moving Your Service

If you're planning to move, confirm your new address is located in an area where we provide service by contacting your sales representative who will help you move your Spectrum Enterprise service to your new address. If you have not been introduced to your sales representative, contact the Spectrum Enterprise Care Team at 888-812-2591, then select option 2.

Transferring account ownership

To transfer your Spectrum Enterprise services and billing responsibility to another responsible party and/or change the name of your business, contact the Spectrum Enterprise Care Team at contact the Spectrum Enterprise Care Team at 888-812-2591, then select option 2.

Adding a service

To add other Spectrum Enterprise services to your current service, contact your sales representative. If you have not been introduced to your sales representative, please contact 888-812-2591, then select option 2. Learn more about Spectrum Enterprise services for your organization.

Additional information

All disconnect requests will go into effect 30 days following written notification.

Once your requested service is disconnected, your billing statement will reflect the final charges for the service that was disconnected in addition to any recurring charges for current Spectrum Enterprise services. Please note that this final amount may include an early termination fee, if the service you've chosen to disconnect is under contract.
