Where can I download my usage detail?


If you have Spectrum Business Voice service, you can log into Voice Manager and click on the Call Details tab. If you have PRI/ SIP Trunk service, you can log into the Trunk Services portal or the Call Details portal. You can also click on the “View Phone Usage” link in My Account. You can view the current month plus up to the last four months of chargeable call details, view your calling plans, and run and download reports about your calling patterns.
