Fact Sheet

Multi-year amortization plans for E-Rate special construction are available

Spectrum Enterprise has been a special construction provider through E-Rate for years. Now we’re making it easier for applicants to work with us.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) defines special construction as upfront, non-recurring installation charges for the deployment of new or upgraded facilities, including construction of network facilities, design and engineering and project management. Payment plans are now available from Spectrum Enterprise in one-, two-, three and four-year amortization options to pay the non-discounted share of costs for special construction. Installment paymentplans must be requested through FCC Form 470.
