Offer valid for 30 days from receipt of service proposal (the "Offer Period"); subject to change. Signed service order must be received by Spectrum Business for enterprise (“Spectrum”) within the Offer Period.

Offer valid for eligible services (as determined by Spectrum) with regard to new Spectrum customers, existing customers adding new locations, or existing customers adding a new eligible service (each a "New Order"). Requires a New Order with a minimum order term of 36 months. Customer must permit installation of services within 60 days of notification from Spectrum that services are available for delivery. Spectrum will waive the monthly recurring charges (“MRCs”) for qualifying services for 120 days ("Promotion Period") for customers meeting eligibility requirements. The Promotion Period will begin on the first full billing cycle, so that if the first billing cycle contains any partial billing, the Promotion Period will begin at the start of the second billing cycle.

Promotional offer not available to carrier customers, federal customers (including foreign consulates, missions and embassies), state and local government customers with a service agreement that includes negotiated pricing, K-12 school and library customers eligible for E-Rate, healthcare customers that are eligible to participate in the Universal Service Administrative Company’s Rural Health Care Program, or customers receiving funds from other government funded programs. This offer may not apply to certain locations that require Spectrum’s use of a third party to deliver the service.

Early termination charges will apply in accordance with the underlying service agreement if any of the services in a New Order are terminated prior to the end of their respective order term, plus you must repay this promotional offer. This offer cannot be combined with some other offers, as determined by Spectrum. Spectrum has no obligation to redeem any requests that are not in compliance with these terms and conditions. Spectrum reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. By participating in this offer, customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Spectrum which are final and binding, including any decisions concerning any violation or non-satisfaction of these terms and conditions. Installation, construction, usage, and license fees, and taxes may apply.
