Contract Buyout Promotion

Terms & Conditions:

Offer valid for 30 days from receipt of contract proposal (the "Offer Period"); subject to change. Signed contract must be received by Spectrum Enterprise within the Offer Period. Offer valid for new Spectrum Enterprise clients, existing clients adding locations, or for adding a new Spectrum Enterprise fiber solution at select locations (each a "New Order"). Installation of services must be completed within 60 days of notification from Spectrum Enterprise that services are available for delivery.

Offer valid for new Spectrum Enterprise clients, existing clients adding locations, or adding a new Spectrum Enterprise fiber solution(s) (Dedicated Fiber Internet, Ethernet, PRI, SIP, Unified Communications, Managed Network Edge, Managed Router Service, Managed Security Service, Fiber Connect Plus, and Unified Communications or PRI/SIP over DOCIS) at select locations. New Spectrum Enterprise clients meeting eligibility requirements will receive a contract buyout up to $10,000 for any qualifying Spectrum Enterprise solutions; maximum buyout of $10,000 requires minimum new monthly recurring fee of $1,000.

Promotional offer not available to Federal clients (including foreign consulates, missions and embassies), state and local government clients with existing MSAs and negotiated pricing, K-12 clients eligible for E-rate, nor healthcare clients that are eligible to participate in USAC's Rural Health Care Program, or other government funded programs.

Limit one (1) contract buyout per eligible client not to exceed $10,000. To receive contract buyout, a copy of the final bill from previous provider with early termination fees (and/or cancellation charges for licenses and/or equipment rentals) clearly marked must be uploaded for Spectrum Enterprise review. Upon installation of qualifying Spectrum Enterprise services, client will be sent a registration form via email with upload instructions. Client must submit a claim online at https://www.seclientpromotions.com/ within 60 days after receiving the registration email in order to receive the buyout. Spectrum Enterprise will not purchase client equipment or buyout equipment provided on a lease to own basis. Contract buyout checks will be mailed within 6-8 weeks after successful completion of online submission. Upon receipt of the forms and verification of eligibility, a check in the amount equal to the early termination fee charged by your previous provider on your final bill (not to exceed $10,000), will be mailed to your Spectrum Enterprise billing address. Early termination fees may apply if contract is terminated prior to the end of three-year term plus repayment of this promotional offer. Offer cannot be combined with other offers. Spectrum Enterprise has no obligation to redeem any requests that are not in compliance with these terms and conditions. Spectrum Enterprise reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the offer at any time. By participating in this offer, clients agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Spectrum Enterprise which are final and binding, including any decisions concerning any violation or non-satisfaction of these terms and conditions.
