Contract Buyout Promotion

Terms & Conditions:

Offer valid for 30 days from receipt of contract proposal (the "Offer Period"), subject to change. Signed contract must be received by Spectrum Enterprise within the Offer Period. Activation of services must be completed within 60 days of notification from Spectrum Enterprise that services are available for delivery.

Offer valid for new Spectrum Enterprise clients, or existing clients adding locations or new eligible Spectrum Enterprise solution(s) at select locations (each a "New Order"). Spectrum Enterprise clients meeting eligibility requirements will receive a contract buyout up to $10,000, as determined by Spectrum Enterprise, for any qualifying Spectrum Enterprise solutions. Buyout only applies to early termination fees and/or cancellation charges for licenses and/or equipment rentals imposed by your current service provider.

Promotional offer not available to Carrier, Federal clients (including foreign consulates, missions and embassies), state and local government clients with existing service agreement and negotiated pricing, K-12 school and library clients eligible for E-Rate, healthcare clients that are eligible to participate in USAC's Rural Health Care Program, or clients receiving funds from other government funded programs

Limit one (1) contract buyout per eligible client not to exceed $10,000, as determined by Spectrum Enterprise. To receive contract buyout, a copy of the final bill from previous service provider with early termination fees (and/or cancellation charges for licenses and/or equipment rentals) clearly marked must be uploaded for Spectrum Enterprise to review. Upon installation of qualifying Spectrum Enterprise services, client will be sent a registration form via email with upload instructions. Client must submit a claim online at https://www.seclientpromotions.com/ within 60 days after receiving the registration email in order to receive the buyout. Spectrum Enterprise will not purchase client equipment or buyout equipment provided on a lease to own basis. Contract buyout checks will be mailed within 6-8 weeks after successful completion of online submission. Upon receipt of the forms, copy of final bill, and verification of eligibility, a check in an amount up to the early termination fee charged by your previous provider on your final bill (such amount as determined by Spectrum Enterprise and not to exceed $10,000) will be mailed to your Spectrum Enterprise billing address. Early termination fees may apply if your Spectrum Enterprise contract is terminated prior to the end of a three-year term, plus you must repay this promotional offer. Offer cannot be combined with other offers. Spectrum Enterprise has no obligation to redeem any requests that are not in compliance with these terms and conditions. Spectrum Enterprise reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate this offer at any time. By participating in this offer, client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Spectrum Enterprise which are final and binding, including any decisions concerning any violation or non-satisfaction of these terms and conditions. Installation, construction, usage and license fees and taxes may apply.
