Offer valid for 30 days from receipt of contract proposal (the "Offer Period"); subject to change. Signed contract must be received by Spectrum Enterprise within the Offer Period. Offer valid for new and existing Spectrum Enterprise clients adding Unified Communications with RingCentral (each a "New Order"). Exclusions may apply. Requires a New Order with a minimum term commitment of 36 months (the "Order Term") for at least 20 seats (Advanced or Ultra) (the “Minimum Quantity”), but not more than 99 seats. Limited Extension is eligible for promotional offer once Minimum Quantity is met. Limit one (1) Poly Edge E220 phone per eligible seat, not to exceed 99 phones. Not available on other phone models and non-transferable.

Promotional offer not available to Federal clients (including foreign consulates, missions and embassies), state and local government clients with existing MSAs and negotiated pricing, nor healthcare clients that are eligible to participate in USAC's Rural Health Care Program, or other government funded programs.

Early termination fees may apply if New Order is terminated prior to the end of the Order Term plus repayment of the value of this promotional offer at Spectrum Enterprise’s then-current rate. Offer cannot be combined with some other offers.
