- Calling: 40+ premium calling features including DIDs, call forwarding, call pull and more.
- Voicemail: traditional voicemail box or voicemail to email.
- Messaging: search contacts, attach files, chat with internal and external members.
- Space Meetings: Meet-Me conferencing for up to 25 participants.
- Virtual workspaces: space for chatting and meetings.
- Meeting storage up to 2 GB.
UC Connect Plus
- All of the capabilities of UC Connect.
- Space Meetings: Meet-Me conferencing for up to 100 participants.
- Personal Meeting Rooms: ad-hoc or scheduled conferencing for 100 participants.
- Meeting storage up to 5 GB.
- Conference Upgrade option: increases Space Meetings to 300, Personal Meeting Rooms to 1,000 participants, 10 GB storage, and other options (i.e. recordings and transcripts).

Network and IP desk phones |
Included with this service is a dedicated voice network, call paths, routers and switches. In addition, we offer a selection of tested and validated desk and conference phones, including Poly VoIP devices and Cisco VoIP devices. We install, maintain and support your service all the way to the desktop IP device. |
Hybrid environments |
On-location employees can access the Unified Communications app through a dedicated private network, ensuring high voice quality. Remote workers can access the app on their mobile devices, and enjoy the same collaborative experience with call control, call flows and business phone number. |
End-to-end support |
We design, implement and manage your service, including software updates, maintenance and training for all user levels. Plus, we offer additional training after service activation, including self-based learning modules. Everything is on one monthly bill with no hidden charges. |
