How do I submit a Form 1099 to Spectrum Enterprise?

All Spectrum Enterprise services are provided by Charter Communications Holdings, LLC through one or more affiliated disregarded members. Annually, all Spectrum Enterprise clients who have paid us $600 or more during the year are required by the IRS to prepare and provide us with a Form 1099. We will provide a Form W-9 with the legal entity information needed in order to prepare Form 1099 You can mail your Form 1099 to the address listed on your Form W-9.
