Our response to the wildfires in Southern California

Wildfires in the greater Los Angeles area have caused widespread damage and outages for many of our clients.

Spectrum technicians continue working on the ground, making repairs and restoring service as conditions improve and evacuation orders are lifted. Still, there are locations where power crews must complete their work before we can finish getting you back online.

We understand how frustrating it can be to feel disconnected, and we’ll keep working until your services are fully restored. 

In the meantime, we’ve opened all Spectrum WiFi Access Points in the Los Angeles area so you can connect at no additional cost.

Spectrum has committed $2.5 million to wildfire relief, supporting local fire department efforts, small businesses, the American Red Cross and other nonprofit organizations.
