How will I know that I can access Spectrum Enterprise.net after I submit a request?

If you self-registered, you will be able to access the site as soon as you have created your password.

If someone else created your user profile they should have sent you an activation email. The email comes from noreply@spectrumenterprise.net and has “Please verify your SpectrumEnterprise.net account” in the subject line. Once you click the link in the email, you will be navigated to SpectrumEnterprise.net to create a password and then access the site. You can see a copy of this email below.

The link in this activation email is only valid for 72 hours. If you can’t find your activation email or the link has expired, you can request a new email at https://spectrumenterprise.net/registration or one of our support representatives can assist you at 844-308-0013.
