Why can’t I perform all the functions I see on the information page?

Spectrum Enterprise takes protecting our client’s proprietary information seriously. As such, we do not enable all portal capabilities for all users until we are able to validate the user has the proper authority to manage certain aspects of the organizations services. If you believe you should be able to perform a function in the portal that is not presently available to you, you can contact our support team at 888-812-2591, Option 2, to authenticate and request updated permissions.
