- Spectrum Business for enterprise accounts typically have 8-9 digits.
- Small business accounts have 16 digits.
Returning your equipment
- A Spectrum Business for enterprise representative may contact you to schedule a time to send a technician to remove the Spectrum equipment that you have requested to disconnect.
- If Spectrum requests to pick up the equipment and you do not allow Spectrum to remove the Spectrum equipment in a timely manner, you may incur additional service charges.
- In certain cases, Spectrum may choose to leave equipment at your premises. Spectrum may alternatively choose to provide a prepaid shipping label(s) to you so that you may ship the equipment to Spectrum.

Additional disconnect information to note
- Only the designated account owner can request disconnect of service.
- All disconnect requests, per our terms and conditions, require minimum 30 days notification with a written acknowledgment received from Spectrum Business for enterprise before your request will be processed.
- Once your requested service is disconnected, your billing statement will reflect the final charges for the service that was disconnected, in addition to any recurring charges for remaining services, as well as any proration required to adjust to the disconnect date.
- Note that this final amount may include Termination charges if the service you've selected to disconnect is still under contract terms. Find information about potential Termination Charges here.
Depending on the underlying circumstances, and subject to the limitations of your contractual terms, there may be other options for your business other than disconnecting your service, such as moving service location, transferring account ownership, or adding to your existing services.
Moving your service
If you're planning to move, confirm your new address is located in an area where we provide service by contacting your sales representative. If you have not been introduced to your sales representative, contact the sales team at 1-844-964-0035.
Transferring account ownership
To transfer your Spectrum Business for enterprise services and billing responsibility to another responsible party and/or change the name of your business, contact Business Customer Service at 1-888-812-2591, then follow prompts for Account Updates.

To add/change new Spectrum Business for enterprise services to your current service, contact your sales representative. If you have not been introduced to your sales representative, please contact Business Customer Service at 1-888-812-2591, then follow prompts to change services.
