Disconnect service

Are you sure you want to disconnect your service?

Did you know there may be other solutions besides disconnecting? Consider these options:

  1. Find out if you can move your service to your new address if you’re relocating.
  2. Learn how you can change your service instead of canceling.

If none of the above options will work for your organization, please call 888-812-2591, then select option 3 and a representative will process your disconnect request. Or, take a moment to complete the form below and your request will be processed in the order it’s received. All disconnect requests go into effect a minimum of 30 days following submission. Prior to processing any disconnect request, a Spectrum Enterprise representative will contact the authorized user of the account to confirm.

Once your requested service is disconnected, your billing statement will reflect the final charges for the service that was disconnected in addition to any recurring charges for current Spectrum Enterprise services. Please note that this final amount may include an early termination fee, if the service you’ve chosen to disconnect is under contract.
