How can I add authorized users or contacts to my account?
The account owner or other already authorized user may call us to add additional contacts. Be sure to have your account number and security code handy before you call. You can find these numbers on your bill statement. You will also want to think about what kind of access the new contact should have. The options are:
- The ability to sign documents
- The ability to access billing information
- Please note that any contact with billing access may be contacted by Spectrum Enterprise representatives regarding billing concerns, such as past due balances or collections.
- The ability to access technical account information, such as circuit IDs or capacity
