How do I disconnect or change my service?

If you wish to disconnect or change your Spectrum Business service, click here.
If you wish to cancel your Spectrum Enterprise service, there are two options for your convenience:
1) Submit your request online via this Web Form which will provide an acknowledgement of receipt of your request upon submission. This self-service web form is available 24/7 for submission.
2) please call Spectrum Enterprise Client Support at 888-812-2591, then select option 2. This team is available Monday-Friday from 8a-9p ET.
Please note, only the designated account owner can disconnect service.
All disconnect requests, per our terms and conditions, require minimum 30 days notification with a written acknowledgment received from Spectrum Enterprise before Spectrum will process your request.
Depending on the underlying circumstances, and subject to the limitations of your contractual terms, there may be other options for your business other than disconnecting your service, such as moving service location, transferring account ownership, or adding to your existing services.
Moving Your Service
If you're planning to move, confirm your new address is located in an area where we provide service by contacting your sales representative who will help you move your Spectrum Enterprise service to your new address. If you have not been introduced to your sales representative, contact Spectrum Enterprise Client Support at 888-812-2591, then select option 2.
Transferring account ownership
To transfer your Spectrum Enterprise services and billing responsibility to another responsible party and/or change the name of your business, contact Spectrum Enterprise Client Support at 888-812-2591, then select option 2.
Adding a service
To add new Spectrum Enterprise services to your current service, contact your sales representative. If you have not been introduced to your sales representative, please contact Spectrum Enterprise Client Support at 888-812-2591, then select option2.
Once your requested service is disconnected, your billing statement will reflect the final charges for the service that was disconnected, in addition to any recurring charges for remaining Spectrum Enterprise services, as well as any proration required to adjust to the disconnect date.
Please note that this final amount may include a Termination fee, if the service you've selected to disconnect is still under contract term.
