How can I make a payment?

Spectrum Enterprise offers you several ways to pay your bill online or over the phone.
 

Client Portal
The SpectrumEnterprise.net client portal allows you to view up to 13 months of bill statements, make payments, save payment methods, and set up automatic payments.

Easily register for the client portal with your billing account number and security code, found on the bill statement. To learn more, visit our Client Portal information page.

Automated Phone System
To pay using our automated phone system,
call 1-888-812-2591 and follow the payment prompts. Have your Enterprise account number and security code, found on your bill, readily available.

 

Mail
You can mail your Spectrum Enterprise payment to the remittance address stated in the coupon section of your bill statement. Include the payment coupon and check noted with your account number to ensure accurate processing of your payment. To learn more about your bill, visit enterprise.spectrum.com/readmybill.


ACH – Automated Clearing House
You can set up an ACH wire transfer payment, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), to electronically deposit funds into Spectrum Enterprise’s bank. Reference your most recent billing invoice for bank routing information.
 

One-time online credit card payment
You can make a one-time credit card payment at enterprise.spectrum.com/billpay. To ensure accurate and timely processing of your payment, be sure to enter the Account Number found at the top of your Spectrum Enterprise bill. Be aware that payments made through this platform can take up to 5 business days to post to your account.
