Spectrum Enterprise is committed to quickly and safely providing all necessary resources to maintain and, if necessary, restore service to your business during impactful storms or natural disasters.
To help ensure fast resolution of any affected services and systems, our engineers actively monitor the performance and recovery of our network. On a case-by-case basis, Spectrum Enterprise will also activate its emergency management plans, with additional team and infrastructure support to respond to your weather-related needs. This may include:
- Preparation of spare equipment and resources such as bucket trucks, fiber spools, fuel, and sandbags.
- Deployment of on-site team members to assist quickly and complete inspections.
- Added technical support staff to handle client calls.
- Support of our managers, supervisors, and other team members to help ensure every available resource is ready to safely restore service as needed.
