What support is offered with DDoS Protection?
Announcement: Portal now available
We’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with Radware to launch a new self-service portal to supplement your enterprise DDoS Protection service. DDoS Summary and Event Mitigation Reports will now be obtained solely in the new portal.
The portal provides visibility and self-service capabilities for traffic under attack including:
- Capabilities for you to control mitigation activation or deactivation based on business needs.
- Visibility to analytics on top attack destinations, sources, protocol, and more.
- Customized reports on security events, traffic analytics, or specific attacks.
- Ability to grant portal access to other users in your organization.
Traffic analytics are only visible in the portal when an attack has been detected, and mitigation has commenced. Traffic analytics will not be displayed in the portal for normal traffic not actively being scrubbed for abnormal activity.
Portal activation
You will receive an email from “Spectrum Enterprise DDoS Cloud Services” at CloudServices@radwarecloud.com to initialize the DDoS account once the DDoS service has been configured. The invite email is titled: “You’ve been invited to join Spectrum Enterprise DDoS’s Cloud Service Management System”.
Note that the activation link will expire, either after 5 days or when the account has been initialized. Once the DDoS account has been activated, you should navigate to https://spectrumenterprise.radwarecloud.com to access the DDoS portal.
To have an invite resent, call Enterprise Technical Support at 1-888-812-2591. They are also available to assist with creating additional users or diverting traffic.
