My Carrier invoice is showing different product names than I saw previously. Have my Carrier services changed?
Spectrum Enterprise recently implemented a new, enhanced billing platform. As part of this effort, we streamlined some of our product names. Rest assured, you are receiving the same great service you previously received and none of your rates were impacted by this change.
