Can I give other people, such as my assistant or colleagues, access to my mailbox, calendar, or contacts?

Yes, with Outlook Full Access you can grant access to your Outlook folders to another Outlook user. By default, items that you mark as private cannot be accessed by anyone else. There are two main ways of giving coworkers access to your mail and other personal data:

  • Set the permissions on a specific folder to give a coworker access to just that item, or;

  • Turn on delegate access to provide a coworker access to your entire account
