Broadworks Receptionist Console

To access the receptionist console please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Spectrum Portal 
2. Login using your assigned Username and Password.
3. Select Receptionist from the dropdown menu. A new tab will open taking you to the Receptionist Console.

 

 

Webex

Webex System Requirements

To download Webex, visit our Getting Started guide. Refer to the Download and Sign In (for Activation Users) and Download and Sign In sections.

Important: The activation user must download and sign in before any subsequent users. Once the activation user successfully downloads and signs in for the first time, all other users can begin.

 

 

Call Center

BroadWorks Call Center - Agent

To access the Call Center Agent portal please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Spectrum Portal 
2. Login using your assigned Username and Password.
3. Select Call Center from the dropdown menu. A new tab will open taking you to the Agent Console.

 

BroadWorks Call Center - Supervisor

To access the Call Center Supervisor portal please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Spectrum Portal 
2. Login using your assigned Username and Password.
3. Select Call Center from the dropdown menu. A new tab will open taking you to the Supervisor Console.
