You pay just one flat rate for calls from the 50 U.S. states, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and Saipan. Toll-free services help you extend your business' reach and let your customers know that they are important to you.

Your company can route incoming calls to designated locations or groups by call origination, by date and time received or by percentage to different destinations. Accept or block incoming toll-free calls from specific area codes or exchanges where available.

Business Continuity

The Business Continuity feature automatically reroutes all inbound calls to another phone number when all channels (or call paths) in the trunk group are in use. This feature provides additional inbound calling capacity during peak calling periods when trunk capacity has been exceeded. Once call capacity within the trunk group becomes available, the feature automatically restores the standard routing of inbound calls through the PRI or SIP Trunk service.
