How can I identify Spectrum Enterprise equipment?

In most cases, your Spectrum Enterprise Fiber Service equipment will be mounted on a wall board. (Image 1)
Or in a Rack mount. The most common CPE is the ADVA 114. (Image 2)
The second most common is a RAD ETX-203. (Image 3)

Information on the equipment may include:

  • Circuit ID which is used to identify your circuit when reporting issues to the Enterprise Technical Support team
  • The equipment name
  • A toll free number for technical support


The Spectrum equipment you connect to can provide status indicator lights on the chassis and the individual ports. The condition of these indicator lights can be useful information to provide when engaging technical support.
