For questions or concerns regarding a port-out request, please contact your new service provider. FCC guidelines prevent Spectrum Enterprise from discussing open port-out requests with clients who are transferring telephone numbers to a new service provider. Spectrum provides the information needed to port directly to the new service provider and all service providers have an escalation process to resolve porting requests which follow strict industry standards for porting authorization.
