I received a notice that my Carrier billing is moving to a new platform. What does that mean?

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with an enhanced client experience, we will begin transitioning to a single order fulfillment and billing system at the end of 2020.

This will be a phased approach that starts with a transition to a revised billing statement for all new orders beginning 4Q 2020. Starting in early 2021, existing accounts will begin to migrate. Later, legacy Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks services will also migrate to the new billing platform.

Here are a few key pieces of information to help you plan for the transition:

  • Existing services will continue to appear on your existing Carrier invoice(s) until we fully migrate to the new billing platform. This migration is currently planned to begin in 1Q 2021.
  • As part of the deployment of the new billing platform, all legacy Carrier account numbers will be replaced (including legacy Charter account numbers); for reference purposes, the new statement will also list your legacy Carrier account number(s). We will communicate the new Carrier account number a month prior to your first new Carrier invoice being sent.
  • Related to the establishment of new Carrier account number(s), any auto-pay options you may be leveraging will need to be reset.
     

This transition will position us, ultimately, to offer a consolidated statement that reflects all of your services provided by Spectrum Enterprise.
