If my account number changed, do I need to take any action?
Yes. Please be sure to update your Accounts Payable service with your new account number, mailing name and address for payment remittance to ensure all payments are processed in an accurate and timely fashion.
- If you pay by mail, make sure to reference your new account number and payment remittance address information. Payments should now be addressed to “Charter Communications.”
- If you currently have Auto Pay set up with Spectrum Enterprise, we will automatically update your account and you do not need to take any action at this time.
- If you use Auto Pay through your financial institution, credit card, or other third party provider, you will need to make them aware of your new account number in order to avoid missed payments.
