Why is my bill amount higher than I was quoted?
If you recently added new services to your account, you may be seeing partial-month charges in addition to your first full month, as Spectrum Enterprise bills in advance. When your account is first activated, it is assigned to a billing cycle which may not be the exact day that you were installed. As such, we bill for the days your services were active before your actual bill cycle started, in addition to that first full month of service.
On your bill statement, you can see the periods for which you are billed, including any partial month charges, in the Summary section of your bill statement. For more information on how to read your bill statement, click here.
