What is Three-Way Call Transfer?

Three-way call transfer (flash) allows you to transfer a call that has already been answered to another Spectrum Business Voice line.

To transfer a call:

  1. Press Flash or the Switch Hook. The first call will be automatically placed on hold and you will hear a dial tone.
  2. Enter the telephone number you wish to transfer the call to.
  3. When the called party answers, you can consult with them privately before transferring.
  4. To complete the transfer to the second call, hang up and the two callers will be connected.
