What information can I access via Call Details?

You can:

  • View monthly usage statements for the last four months
  • View total usage or view by phone number or call type (local, long distance, international, directory assistance, operator services)
  • View calls by Account Code (if applicable)
  • View usage plans
  • Run customized reports by account, number and metrics such as call duration and cost (PRI/ SIP Trunk clients will also be able to run reports for Trunk Overflow and Alternate Routing, if provisioned on the account)
  • Download reports
  • Access Frequently Asked Questions, and Client Support information

When you log in, you will see a summary of all service categories for which call detail can be viewed. Clicking on a service type will display more detailed information for that service.
