Where can I view my call detail?

If you have Spectrum Business Voice service, you can log into Voice Manager and click on the Call Details tab. If you have PRI/ SIP Trunk Service, you can log into the Trunk Services portal or the Call Details portal. You can view the current month plus up to the last four months of chargeable call details, view your calling plans, and run and download reports about your calling patterns. 

Only chargeable calls will be shown unless your company has subscribed to account codes. For account code customers, the call detail (originating number, terminating number, total time of call) for all calls (including local) is displayed but shows a $0 amount.

Important: Taxes, surcharges, and fees for other Spectrum Business services are available on your monthly paper invoice.
