How do I read my Carrier e-bill?

Your Carrier e-bill is delivered to you via an excel file, containing a comprehensive view of account activity during your latest billing cycle.

We recently made a few enhancements to the e-bill layout that may impact how you view and pay your bill. Your services and rates have not changed, but some information may be listed differently on your new bill. These changes include:

• Vendor Name is now "Charter Communications"
• Column C is now titled Site ID instead of End User ID
• PON, ACNA and CKR is now displayed in columns E-G, pushing some columns to the right
• Phone Number and Misc. columns (previously columns O and X) have been removed

We will be sending communications to clients regarding when these changes will go into effect. To prevent misapplied payments or payment processing delays, you will need to update your automated payment programs when you receive your first invoice after the date specified in the communications.
