The services listed on my Spectrum Enterprise bill have changed. Why?

We recently streamlined some of our services. Your rates have not changed, but they may be listed differently on your bill.

Updated television packages now include new competitive programming with options to upgrade or add channels based on preferences. (Note that regional sports channels may only be available in select tiers of programming.)

If you have questions regarding where certain programming now resides, use the instructions below to view your current channel lineup.

  1. Go to spectrum.com/business/channel-lineup
  2. Enter your service address
  3. Click View channel lineup to display results

 

If you’d like to make changes to your TV package or other services, call 888‑812‑2591 and follow prompts to update existing services.
